We operate

• A telephone Helpline program, which handles thousands of calls per year from youth and their familiesr;
• An Internet self-help/Virtual Help program which, out of about 1.2 million "hits" per year, receives approximately 200,000 "visits."
• A school outreach program which visits classrooms and community groups, discussing youth issues and demonstrating our problem solving model.

This is accomplished with the time and dedication of volunteers who work on the Helpline, staff Virtual Help, assist at our weekly bingos, serve on the Board of Directors, and providing office assistance.
